American football season 2005 set off this weekend, once again offering gamblers all over the states an exiting period of betting and winnings, with an opening program presenting some of the largest artist of today.
This season's kickoff in NFL football takes place from Los Angeles, Detroit and Gillette. Performing in Detroit will the rocking roll legends Rolling Stones start up the 2005 NFL season Thursday September 8 at 8 p.m. Eastern time.
The event includes performances at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Mass. by Santana and Green Day, the band that last week cleaned up at the MTV awards, winning 7 awards. Additionally, Maroon 5, Kanye West, Good Charlotte and Rihanna perform in the Los Angeles Coliseum as part of a free concert. The natinal anthem will be performed by Trisha Yearwood from Gillette Stadium, where the event will be hosted by Freddie Prinze Jr.
Outside the Los Angeles Coliseum twenty-four former NFL players, including Super Bowl XVIII MVP Marcus Allen and Pro Football Hall of Famers, will take part as will the USC marching band. Segments of the event will be aired live on "NFL Opening Kickoff" from 8-9 p.m. ET on ABC, leading into the season opener at Gillette Stadium between the New England Patriots and Oakland Raiders.
Now we're ready for action! In six of the last Super Bowls, the team that lost the toss went on to win the game. The Patriots lost the coin toss in the last two Super Bowls and won the game.
Interesting facts for us that enjoy betting, however nothing comes easy. The season is just to start.
Obviously it's hard to win consecutive Super Bowls nowadays, but New England made it all look easy. With solid defence in the first half, then setting off on offence in the second half, they are Super Bowl XXXIX champions with the count of 24-21 victory against the Eagles. Earning three championships in four years makes New England rule the NFL.
Everything can happen during the upcoming NFL football season 2005.
